Part-time, weekend coverage Saturday and Sunday 9:00 – 5:00

We need a journeyman chef to run the kitchen of our 34 bed addiction treatment facility. We are an Alberta Health Services funded facility and must meet all Capital Health codes. Applicants must be appropriately certified for the position. Wages will be $18 - $24 / hour depending on certification and experience.

Duties will include:

• Prepare lunch and dinner for 34 clients Saturday & Sunday
• Follow Canada Food guide for nutrition standards
• Ensure proper handling of food products for consumption
• General maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment
• General assistance with facility operations (e.g. answering phones, helping clients with basic tasks etc.)
