Job Description of Order Customer Service Representative
Position: Order Office Staff
Main Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and manage customer orders
Handle order inquiries, modifications and cancellations
Solve order-related issues and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate records in the order management system
Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience (e-commerce/order processing experience preferred)
Training is available for those without experience
Good verbal/written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills
