Canadian Business Club is a dynamic company offering marketing, financing, and business development services. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in our Markham office.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate marketing professional who can manage social media, design promotional content, generate leads, and help grow brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media, email, and online platforms.
Manage and create daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Design marketing posters, ads, and short videos.
Handle online promotions and paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Generate new business leads through marketing funnels.
Analyze and report campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the sales and management team to align marketing efforts.
Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials.
Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience (social media, digital marketing).
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok promotions.
Experience in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to create short-form video content (editing experience is a bonus).
Understanding of lead generation strategies.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
Must work in-office (this is not a remote position).
Positive attitude, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Salary: Based on experience (to be discussed during interview)
