(Storage Capacity Required) I am looking for a room for rent, but would also require considerable storage capacity. Both indoor and outdoor storage (outdoor garage; does not need to be insulated) - preferred. (living space - as follows) I only require one medium-sized room to live and function in (pending storage capacity is included); kitchen does not need to be big; bathroom does not need to be big; I do not require any parking space; I would consider either or both a shared kitchen and/or shared bathroom; although, privacy in a self-contained suite would be preferred. (Background information) I am renting and residing alone at a three bedrooom suite, located at the southwest corner of Elmwood (Glenwood Crescent), located between Henderson Hwy. and the Red River, and just north of Hespeller Ave.. I have been renting here during past twelve plus years (approx.). I've been renting as the sole-resident - as of late, and have been commanding then entire three bedroom suite by myself during the past four plus years (approx.). Present rental rate is about $770/mnth. (about the max. I could afford). The Property Owners are about to list this house for sale - within the next week or two. The Landlord thinks it's going to be a 'hard sell', which should imply about three months grace - or more, to find and secure housing for myself. (About Me) I'm quiet and have been renting-independently during past thirty years. I am more or less academically-inclined, marginally physically activive (following recent ankle injury). I'm into bicycles, and was a volunteer bike mechanic at a volunteer-run co-operative type community bikeshop (The Bike Dump bikeshop) during past fifteen years. I'm receiving disability (MB Family Services) and would probably be considering enrollment for Semester 01 (September enrollment), or thereafter - at CAHRD (Centre For Aboriginal Human Resources Development), located at 181 Higgins Ave. My ability to pay rent in-full and on-time regularly would be assured.
