Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions accurately will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• A passion for the food service industry, with a willingness to learn about new products and techniques.
