Levron Transport Corporation is looking for a Full-Time Driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to commercial and industrial customers in a safe and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate tri-axle trailer heavy load
Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
Complete required pre-trip inspection forms and submit reports on necessary activities.
Follow MOT regulations when driving.
Complete required pre-trip vehicle inspection forms and submit reports on necessary activities.
Complete pre-trip vehicle maintenance forms and perform routine vehicle checks on pre-trip as needed.
Complete pre-trip ELD logs as required.
Complete all daily route paperwork on the daily trip home from work.
Complete any maintenance needed for the vehicle while on route to work, such as oil changes or tire rotations.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess the following:
(1)Must be able to work flexible hours, including.
(2) Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
(3) Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.
(4) Excellent customer service skills in handling customer requests.
(5) Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
(6) Basic knowledge of computerized electronic equipment, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet programs, data entry, etc.
(7) Must have good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
