This design is perfect for a food shack, fruit stand , garden shed, studio etc or can be finished as a “micro BnB” as there is enough space for a double bed, a dresser and the basics .
The skid is made with 3 Beams and inset bracing. The floor had 0 “bounce” or soft spots. Very solid.
Dimensions are : 8feet wide at the eaves;11feet long, 8feet6inches total height .
Can be easily moved by a flat deck tow truck or loaded onto your own trailer with a couple jacks .
Back wall is unfinished .
