Position: Butcher/Bandsaw (10 years of experience is required)
Location: Mississauga & Etobicoke
Pay rate: $23 - $25/hr
Responsibilities:
• Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of meat into standard cuts
• Trim, debone, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer and company specifications
• Grind meats and prepare specialty orders as needed
• Create visually appealing displays of meat products
• Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other specialty cuts
