I've made a fully insulated 12x12 guest house that had a purpose as a studio but now... it's holding christmas decorations lol. There are 3 windows (all setup to face south none in one side) the floor is R10, walls R12, ceiling R30. Vinyl flooring inside with a moziac style painted plywood interior finish. Steel roof with complete soffit and fascia. It's very well built and ready for transportation. All really nice. It would be either a great studio for you, sleep camp with some bunkies, guest house or the worlds most amazing ice hut - up to you
