I'm a student (searching for work soon) in search of a quiet place for long-term rental. I am a non-smoker, I don't drink alcohol, and I am a clean, quiet person. My field of work is in construction, I am an apprentice. My current roommate is a smoker and I don't feel well (feel ill) around the person when he smokes in his room so I'm hoping to find someplace strict on this type of behaviour.
