Join us for a very special Mother-Daughter Stretch & Self-Care Morning inside Saje Wellness Vaughan Mills to celebrate Mother's Day! If you are new to the work-with-ney community, I'm Coach Ney (@workwithney), a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist & Group Fitness Instructor.

We'll start the morning with a 35-minute guided stretch session led by Coach Ney, designed to help you release, connect, and feel grounded—perfect for all levels. Whether you're coming with your mom, daughter, or just treating yourself to some mindful movement, we would love to have you.

After we move, we'll flow into a Mother's Day raffle giveaway, followed by light refreshments and a private shopping experience in-store—before the mall opens!
