• Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. • I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2025. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2025 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2025. If you don't give 3 months notice in writing to terminate your lease then on September 1st, 2025 the lease would automatically renew on a year to year basis.
