I'm looking at a space for rent in a home relatively close to my work contract through may 1st until fall of 2027.

I've decided to look at homes to make light of the housing situation we have going on. I can give my money to an asset management company until the housing market levels out, or I can give the money to the homebuyers who experience the financial distress as a result.

I'm looking for a quiet spot, relatively recreational drug and alcohol free, friendly and repspectful of privacy, where I can set up and work from my desk when I'm not working on the site.

I'm 53 Single, no pets, I smoke outside if it's required, I'm not discriminative or culturally bias against other people's lifestyles, and I hold respect
and fairness with the highest regard.

I'm sufficiently employed through a local commercial development firm during the summer, and conduct my own business operations designing digital assets for developers. I also teach and produce music outside the home. I'm fairly busy so the space I select has to accomodate for this activity fluidly, fluently, and without presenting too much interuption or obstruction.
Party houses need not inquire.

I would preffer older folks inquire as I myself am older as well, but it's not a fixed prerquisite, and I am able to be flexible.
