Fitz's has a full time cooks position avaialble to start immediately.
Please have at least 5 years restaurant kitchen experience not just in cooking but in all aspects of the kitchen (eg prep, dishwashing, station cleaning etc).
BBQ knowledge would be good to have seeing as we are BBQ .
As require by the Province you will also need your Food Handler Certificate.
