Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and results-oriented Email & Organic Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This person will be responsible for scraping relevant emails, conducting personalized cold outreach, and building relationships through follow-ups. In addition, you'll use organic marketing strategies across social media, forums, and other platforms to generate leads, raise brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Scrape and compile accurate contact lists of potential cold leads

Send and track personalized cold emails to prospects

Follow up with leads strategically and persistently to convert them into partners or customers

Manage and grow our social media presence organically (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Engage in relevant groups, communities, and forums to build awareness and generate interest

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and creative content

Report on outreach and engagement performance with key insights and recommendations

Requirements:

Proven experience with email scraping tools and cold email platforms (e.g., Hunter.io, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)

Excellent written communication skills

Familiarity with email marketing best practices and compliance

Experience with organic growth strategies on social media

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, or marketing automation tools
