Carpenters & Framers Needed for 6-Story Apartment Complex - Employees & Subcontractors Welcome

We have immediate opportunities for both employees and subcontractors for work on a 6-story apartment complex, including window installation, backframing, balcony installs, and kitchen cabinet installations.

Important Considerations for All Roles:

Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
Must be comfortable and able to work at heights.
Strict No Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy.
For Employee Roles: We seek both experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Preference will be given to those holding valid tickets such as Fall Protection and Aerial Lift. You will need your own transportation, PPE, tools/tool pouch, and be willing to adhere to our strict no drug/alcohol policy. Reliability and punctuality are key.

For Subcontractor Roles: We are looking for experienced and dependable subcontractors with their own transportation, PPE, tools/tool pouch, and a commitment to our strict no drug/alcohol policy. Preference will be given to those holding valid tickets such as Fall Protection and Aerial Lift. Subcontractors must also possess their own liability insurance and WCB coverage.
