My name's Samara and I'm a professional vocalist with a Master of Music and over a decade of teaching experience. I'm accepting new voice students in my private studio this Spring season! I also coach professional voice users with comfortable and confident delivery of speech in presentations or meetings (e.g. acting; corporate employees, etc).

NOTE: My additional background in holistic therapies such as sound therapy (e.g. vocal toning) and EFT (acupressure tapping) aids in my work with helping singers and other voice-users manage physical tension, stress, and stage fright/performance anxiety. (Something I am passionate about, if this is something you struggle with personally!).

Samara Garfinkle is a classical soprano and voice instructor with a Master of Music from the University of Ottawa and over a decade of teaching experience. She coaches a wide range of students (whether complete beginner, intermediate, or advanced/professional) in styles ranging from musical theatre, pop, choral, jazz, classical, and more. A certified practitioner of both EFT Tapping and sound therapy interventions, she specializes in helping singers and non-singers alike find freedom and authenticity in vocal expression, and relief from performance anxiety.
