Looking for similarly aged 20-something, either working or student, who is looking for a low key, if a bit small, quiet place to chill at. Available any time, the sooner the better.

Room available in a smoke-free, updated house on the far West end of Dewdney. All utilities are included in the $700, though you will also have to pay a $700 damage deposit. The lease would be a year, though we hope to stay at this place as long as possible.

The place has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a combined kitchen, dining room, and living room. Basement is off limits, as the landlord runs a bakery out of it. Less storage space, of course, but sometimes we get free bread :) There is a small deck out front and a medium-sized front yard. The back has a storage shed and two parking spots, one of which is available to use (the other one is used for the bakery).

Neighbourhood is nice, we've never had a problem with the neighbours nor any strange characters. House is walking distance from the gas station and a couple restaurants, and No Frills is only 4 minutes away by vehicle.

The available room itself is unfurnished, though we're happy to help you move in your stuff, and it has a modestly sized closet. Because it has come up a few times, the actual dimensions of the room are 9.25'x10.75'. Besides that, all the common areas are furnished with mostly my furniture, and the kitchen is filled with my pots, glassware, and utensils, so really all you need is whatever can fit in the bedroom. What's mine is yours, as they say.
