• Light building maintenance: painting, small repairs, and touch-ups
• Using and maintaining small equipment and hand/power tools
• Keeping Hall wood stove operating during cold months and organizing wood bees.
• Being a friendly face and resource for community members using the facilities, you would be in
charge of maintaining the calendar of user groups and rentals for the Hall
• Attend & report at monthly Board meetings
Qualifications We'd Love to See:
• Previous caretaker, janitorial, landscaping, or building maintenance experience

• A positive attitude and a heart for service
• Basic computer skills (email, recordkeeping, ordering supplies online)
• A valid Class 5 driver's license
• Previous volunteer experience in a community-based setting is a huge asset
What We Offer:
• Caretaker residence – (3,000 sq ft home, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) & spacious yard
• A flexible, part-time schedule that can work around your lifestyle
• A chance to live and work in one of BC's most peaceful and scenic areas
• A role where your work directly benefits your community
• Support from a friendly board and local residents who appreciate your efforts
