Job description Glass Inc. is a well-known local glass service company that specializes in custom glass and mirror products for homes and businesses. It serves the GTA Region and beyond. Frameless glass showers, glass wall partitions, office partitions, mirror walls, vanity mirrors, glass guards and railings, and custom back-painted glass backsplashes are some of our specialties.


We are looking for a dedicated person to serve as our company's first point of contact for clients and to help with office duties. You must be highly proficient in AutoCAD 2020 as our Drafting Technician since you will be creating design drawings to support quotes as well as fabrication drawings for glass production, shop drawings, and installation drawings. You will also be responsible for:

Helping walk-in clients and taking phone calls

III. General Administrative Duties
A. Manage office operations and supplies
B. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
C. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
D. Maintain filing and record-keeping systems
E. Organize and maintain office documentation
F. Assist in HR functions (recruitment, onboarding)
G. Prepare and distribute internal communications
H. Manage office budgets and expenses
I. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Pay 18 to 22 per hour. * 8 hours per day.
