Job Description:
We are looking for a financial officer to take charge of the financial health of our company by administrating accounting operations in our ever-growing company. You must be familiar with all operations of Sage 50 Canada including payroll. You should also have excellent organizational skills to meet all deadlines in the monthly, quarterly and yearly needs for our company.
You must be able to handle a fast-paced office environment. The ability to process incoming freight and outgoing freight would be an asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain all company books including A/P, A/R, bank statements and other reports.
• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Manage employee payroll services.
• Record cash receipts and expenditures.
• Issue financial statements as and when required.
• Prepare all tax and other financial reports.
• Monitor fixed assets and manage invoices.
• Maintain historical integrity of information for audits and statistics.
• Organize and maintain filing system
• Ensure compliance with governing regulations.
• Meet with manger to discuss budget needs and resources.
• Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Answer phones/ take messages
Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
Benefits after 3 Months
Wage $28/ Hr
