Excellent condition -- used in a bass for about 6 months but returned that instrument to stock to sell it. Comes with everything it usually includes (board, quick connects, 3 mini potentiometers), will also include a 9v battery hookup and two knobs that can be used as volume knobs (I had this in a j style bass with dual volume).
