In house roofers are paid bundle rate crew split. $25-$30 on walkables (or 25$-$45 per hour)

$20/hr start for labourers, $25-$40/h for nailers, $35-$50 for crew leaders with drivers license

Job Description:
-Installation of asphalt shingles, cedar and metal roofs

-Flashing Chimneys, Skylights, Metal Valleys, Drip Edge

-General Labor duties; tearing off existing roof system, clean up on the site, carry material onto roof etc.

Hours: Monday to Saturday (some sundays depending on weather)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year installation experience.

• ZERO Tolerance for substance abuse

• Not afraid of heights

• Can show up on time, work until the job is finished.

• Respectful of other workers, and clients.

• Safety, Safety, Safety – a Harness must be worn at all times.

• To be able to perform within the working conditions

• Positive, friendly and focused individual, wanting to move up in the company!!
