Hello,

I have a roommate leaving and looking for another. They leave at the end of the month and the room will be ready after the first week of May. I put a picture on the room how it looks pre occupied. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 washroom condo. I currently have one roommate in the other bedroom which is adjacent to mine. We all share the kitchen and shower. Cleaning duties are shared.

This room will come with all utilities included(hydro, internet) . I don't have extra parking but bus service is outside for easy access. This will be a month to month basis and I start everyone on a probation period.

Who am I? I've lived with many roommates of different backgrounds already. I try to be fair to everyone I meet and like to learn from others. I sometimes practice my ukulele on the couch. I promise to not do this after 10pm.

Who are you? If you are a professional looking to save or student studying. I will need proof of employment and at least one reference that isn't family.

6 month minimum is the ask but I do prefer long term renters that is you pass the probation period.

Previous roommate is leaving after two years. The other one has been here just over a year and will continue. If the ad is still up. Room is still available. Please text and do not call unless agreed upon by both.
