Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repair, and minor renovation tasks
Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner
Manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience in general repairs, renovations, or maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must have your own basic tools
Ability to read and follow work orders or plans
**WCB and Liability Insurance are required
