White foam, lightweight, cost-effective
Used for under slab, foundation walls, exterior insulation
Available in Type 1, 2, 3 (denser = stronger and more compressive strength)
Type 1 (low density): ideal for general-purpose insulation i.e. Void Foam / form
Type 2: stronger, more moisture resistant
Type 3: highest density EPS, ideal for heavy loads

✅ XPS (Extruded Polystyrene)
Typically blue or pink, smooth skin
Higher R-value per inch, better water resistance
Common for below-grade, perimeter, and underslab insulation
Grades: SM, H40, H60, H100
SM (standard): common for general use
H40: stronger, light-duty commercial
H60 / H100: high-load bearing (e.g., driveways, heavy equipment pads)

Common thicknesses: 1” to 4”
Sheet sizes: 4x8 ft (standard for EPS) and 2x8 ft (Standard for XPS)
Custom sizes available cut to size on request with our hot wire cutter i.e. no big mess like with a saw or big hassle like with a knife
R-Value varies by material & thickness (e.g., 5 per inch for XPS, 4 for EPS)
