Sleek Finishing is growing, and we're looking for skilled and motivated crews as well as hardworking labourers to join our team! We specialize in high-quality residential finishing and pride ourselves on precision, professionalism, and a clean, modern aesthetic.

We Are Hiring:

5–6 Finishing Crews (contract work)

Must be experienced in residential trim, doors, windows, casings, baseboards, and custom feature work
Own tools and transportation required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently or in coordination with our team

3 Labourers
Little experience necessary, but a strong work ethic is a must
Duties include site cleanup, material handling, assisting carpenters, and general support

Responsibilities

Utilize hand and power tools to complete carpentry and woodworking tasks efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction.
Install cabinets, flooring, and drywall while adhering to safety standards.
Perform restoration and maintenance work on various structures.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality.
Conduct construction estimating and assist in project planning as needed.
