MotoCoders Inc. is looking for a motivated and self-driven Outbound Sales Rep to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is not your typical sales job — it's for the hunter who wants to eat what they kill. You'll be out there, finding businesses that need better websites, faster digital platforms, or AI-driven marketing automation — and you'll be the one showing them MotoCoders is the team to make it happen.

What You'll Be Selling:
MotoCoders builds high-performance websites, custom WordPress solutions, mobile apps, Laravel-based platforms, and AI-integrated tools to help businesses level up online. We offer full-scale development, maintenance, SEO, and chatbot integration for companies that need digital firepower.

What You'll Be Doing:
Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Identify and contact cold leads who may benefit from our web/app/AI services.

Door-to-Door Sales – Visit local businesses, introduce our services, and start real conversations.

Lead Generation & Follow-up – Build your own book of business. Create, manage, and nurture leads from discovery to close.

Sales Presentations & Demos – Confidently pitch MotoCoders services in-person, over Zoom, or via email with tailored proposals.

Market Feedback – Share on-the-ground insights to help us refine offerings, messaging, and marketing.

What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience – door-to-door, cold calling, or B2B is ideal

Strong communication skills and fearless approach to rejection

Independent, entrepreneurial mindset – this is commission-only, so hustle = $$$

Basic understanding of web development or digital marketing (we'll train you on the rest)

Own a reliable vehicle or be mobile (for local outreach)
