One of a kind, hooked wall hanging by renowned international fibre artist Doris Eaton of Nova Scotia. Her legacy to the preservation of the ancient art passed down for generations can be found on-line. She has also published a number of books showcasing her craft and inspiring instructions.
Book included in sale. I had it cleaned at Classic Cleaners in Red Deer but the white fibre hanger should be removed and washed; it is carefully tacked on and can be removed for washing.
I purchased this wall hanging in a craft/gift shop in New Minas, Nova Scotia sometime between 1979-1982.
