2022 Custom Built Camper Trailer

Trailer was custom built with 2x4 framing and fully insualated with R13 in walls and ceiling as well as a spray foamed floor cavity. An awning type triple pane window is installed on the left side of the unit.

Powered through a male 120V exterior connector, the trailer includes 5 interior outlets, one exterior outlet, an interior LED light, and an exterior LED light. A 6000 BTU air conditioner with automatic temperature modulation and wireless remote control is installed at the rear of the trailer next to a 3.3 cu. ft. Hamilton Beach mini fridge. The trailer is equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm.

The axel clearance height is 9”, lights are wired via 4-Pin wiring harness, ball size is 1 7/8”.

An inflatable double mattress fits between the interior wheel wells with room next to the fridge for bin storage or the option to build/install a custom cabinet system.

Trailer has no gas or water connection and is insured under the utility class and costs ~$65 to insure annually. Includes T.O.D.

Comes with portable propane BBQ and hose adapter for a 20lb tank (not included). Also inclused remaining building materials if desired by new owner.
