Length of Lease Is Negotiable

We are looking for a female roommate to rent a room (starting May 1st) in our fully furnished female-only student house. The rent cost includes utilities (washer, dryer, hydro) and wifi (high-speed 5g internet). Its is $850 a month. No pets, no parties, no kids, no male tenants, no exceptions.

The house is located 10 minutes away by car from Western University, 25 minutes by bus, or a one-hour walk. A 5-minute walk away, there is Sherwood Forest Mall, which has a Food Basics, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Burger King, TD Bank, GoodLife Fitness Centre, and many other facilities and eateries.

The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house, and it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the next bus stop.

There is one spot available for parking if you own a car.
