Offroad Exteriors is looking to add to our office team!
Job Description:
-Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and homebuilders regarding their service and warranty issues.
-Provide administrative support and work as part of team to accomplish a variety of tasks, including data entry.
-Respond to customer emails regarding our service and warranty division and schedule appointments and service calls.
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 education
-Knowledge of Microsoft systems and Sage 50 Accounting an asset, but not required
-Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, friendly and a great team player
-Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Strong organizational and time management skills
