Offroad Exteriors is looking to add an experienced applicator to our team.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in residential and commercial exterior building products, to help with our service and warranty division, as well as helping out with larger projects with our in house crew.

The successful applicant will:

1. Have a Class 5 license and a clean driver abstract.

2. Be courteous and professional when dealing with homeowners and customers. Customer service requires the proper people who can help resolve issues.

3. Be able to communicate with our office staff regularly with updates, emails, photos, and all requirements of the position.

4. Be organized and be able to schedule, and manage your time, so ensure your days are productive.

5. Ability to work as a team with our staff, sub trades and clients is essential.

6. Strict adherence to OHS and company rules / regulations

7. Have up to date certification in fall arrest and aerial boom lift certification (we can help with this)

8. Have enough experience that you can work backwards to repair certain issues that can come up. You need to be well diversified in soffit, fascia, siding's, metal cladding, trim work applications and gutters is a bonus. You need to be able to problem solve and do quality exterior finishing work.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm

Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hr Starting wage will be negotiated due to the experience of the person applying for the position.

Full benefits package offered after 3 months.
