The broom is in very good condition, it was only used a few times during one winter season to clear the walkways of our property, never used on pavement during the summer season.

It was stored indoors within our work garage on site, and it sat covered for a couple of years because it wasn't being used, the Resident Manager retired and the grounds owner hired outside services. I'll display the information about the machine attachment below.
