I power wash:
1) Wooden decks (multiple levels) - take all dirt & moss off
2) Stone work - backyard pathways; penthouse balcony

I come with my power washer and I can bring a hose. But best if you
have a hose. MUST have water access.

$25/hr. - 3 hour minimum within the GTA - outside of GTA mileage is addedd.
