Looking for a mature, quiet, country living, employed individual to share my beautiful home. This cool mother-in-law suite, has a bay window in the kitchenette / office area and living / den room has a wood fireplace. Your 2 bedrooms have a big window and nice closet, rooms are quite big. You get to enjoy the wildlife close, lots of light comes though. You have your own entrance and the front deck to use.
This price includes the kitchenette and (1/2 the basement) there is a microwave/full fridge/freezer and a convection toaster oven, air fryer. One the other side of room is wooden counter for office space. Living room and the use of the laundry facilities and a full bathroom with stand-up shower and has two sinks. At the front door is a deck with a roof, for you to enjoy. The home had very clean people living in it, it has been taken care of, whole house has been freshly clean. This suite is unfurnished but could be if needed. Smoking and or vaping is not allowed in the house but there is smoking/vaping outside, on deck. Laminate flooring though out and tile flooring in the bathroom and bedrooms.
If you enjoy fishing or hunting this is the place for you. The home is 10mins from the lake for fishing. Also 20 mins from the foothills for hunting season. The area is in a small town, about 25 mins to Cochrane. 45 mins to the airport in Calgary, Sundre AB is about 35 mins. The neighbor is quite clean and quiet, close to the mail box and hardware store, saloon is walking distance to the house. You have 1 parking in the yard and the driveway goes around the whole house for easy access. The suite is available and no pets (no expectations). If needed I have a reference from my last renter.
