Hey this is going to be a bit strange...but I am looking for a homeowner looking to make a couple hundred dollars tax free cash. plus yard work and snow clearing etc.
Preferably somewhere in the area of downtown Chatham or anywhere within walking distance to the city's core
the only thing I would need is place to put a 10x24 moveable structure that I could convert into a small business/home for a minimum of 12 months or longer, depending on relationship
it will be secured/alarmed and insured.
I am not mentally challenged or on any type of government assistance,
I'm not on drugs or do I drink
im not a criminal...
im underemployed
I have a customer service job that I haven't been at long enough yet to even have my managers step out for me. on a dependability scale
Especially just to get a reference for a place that is too much money anyways.
I'm just in a position to not be able to afford my life anymore while only working the hours i can get.
I am only in this position because of my landlord at the Kent manor is applying to Landlord tenant board because I cant afford another rent increase.
I'm not trying to opt out of society and am clinging to any type of situation I can manage and this seems to be a last resort.
Hopefully I can find someone that is in the same position with needing help too, but cant find the hours at work or the simple way of just getting ahead with a little help to eat towards the end of the month
i would obviously want to meet beforehand and see if its a safe area, and i wont be in jeopardy
because im looking for someone who is not out to take advantage of someone (like me) that is at risk of becoming one of these people at tent city. i see people on the rant and rave on facebook about being sympathetic but sooo many people are filled with such hate and anger about everything here
I'm trying to stay close to my aging parents to have some sort of family.... but i find myself looking to the internet to find some type of network that wont put me into debt, jail or the grave.
