Looking for a roommate (preferably female) who loves dogs and plants. 1 bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment to share with myself (female) and a sweetie senior dog (12yrs, 35lbs). The apartment is within a student co-op building, directly across from Parc La Fontaine. 5min walk to 24 bus, close to Sherbrooke and Papineau metro stations. Entrance to the apartment is at street level with a large West facing window. Bedroom window faces East into a shared community courtyard. The building also includes a common space that can be used for casual study or booked events.

Wifi, heat, electricity and water are all included in the rent. Bedroom will be unfurnished. Living area and kitchen are furnished - but could use more :)
