Area is very quiet and safe to, never had any issues especially at night due to lots of professionals in the area and dog owners.

Heat and water is included, hydro is extra but usually is only about $20 a month. Laundry is coin op. Neighbours are friendly and it's a quiet building run by a good agency.
Available for May 15 as I will be moved out by then and Mays rent will be paid for but if needed can move in end of May instead. I love the apartment and I love the people and smith agency, I'm just pregnant and me and my partner are moving out to bc to be closer to family.
Smith agency will require rental references and current paystubs, or a co-signer. They don't do credit checks though!
I do have a couch for sale it's a sectional for $200 and a kitchen table for $50 if anyone would like to buy it off me when they rent this place too.
