Job Title: Email Attendance Office Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Attendance Office Specialist to join our team. This position involves managing and tracking attendance records through email communications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to attendance-related emails promptly.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and databases.
- Communicate with employees regarding attendance policies and procedures.
- Generate reports on attendance data as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall office workflow.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
