JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Safely and efficiently transport goods from various locations in Canada to designated destinations in America.
* Adhere to all transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards while on the road.
* Perform pre-trip inspections and regular maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure its optimal condition.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of trips, including logbooks, receipts, and delivery documents.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
* Handle goods with care and secure them properly to prevent damage during transit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Possession of a valid AZ license is mandatory.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in long-haul truck driving.
* Excellent driving record with a clean abstract.
* Comprehensive knowledge of transportation laws and regulations in both Canada and the United States.
* Ability to effectively navigate routes, use GPS systems, and follow directions.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
* Physical stamina and resilience for long hours on the road and handling loading/unloading tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
