Build is only 3 1/2 years old, we had it custom built by Titan buildings. It's 12' x 32' with a 7' x 7' garage door. Fully insulated and wired for 115 volt. Had it built to be used for a weight training gym. Would be great for another personal gym, yoga studio,motorcycle garage, man cave or workshop.
