Tint World Edmonton is looking for a energetic self starter who loves autos and auto upgrades.

At Tint World the sales team is the engine that drives the business. Your role as a dynamic store sales manager is serving the customer and increasing sales.

The goal is to make a customer for life, supporting them through their auto styling journey. Your role as store sales manager is to keep the sales engine running with your own sales skills as well as leadership from Tint World. You will work hard to increase sales through marketing, following up leads, car shows/events and supporting our team in the garage via job flow.

The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to grow and manage a high performance store.

Objectives of this role
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings: audio, visual, starters, PPF, tint, nano ceramic coatings, detailing and other services/packages.
• Open and close the store• Follow up leads and close sales• Manage jobs from front/back of garage
