There is currently one female 56 years living in the master bedroom with own bathroom and there is a 26 year male in another room who will share the bathroom with you. Both the tenants are quite, respectful and keep to themselves and usually out working during the day and at home to sleep at night. I'm occupying the basement currently and doesn't interfere with tenants upstairs and I'm usually out on weekends or busy in my work.
