Bus 38 takes 30 minutes to University of Calgary (32 Ave NW @Campus DR) and 35 minutes you will arrive the classroom. Very convenient, price is very cost-effective, much cheaper than around the university area rental!
The house is also close to a lot supermarket and malls: Saveway, superstore, T&T, Canadian tire, Winners, Sunridge mall etc, and lots restaurants, facility around this area.
