Dental Lab Technician – Orthodontics
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, Day Shift)
Wage: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, fabricate, and repair orthodontic appliances according to dental prescriptions

Utilize CAD/CAM and EXOCAD software for digital designs

Work in the wet lab: pour models, create custom trays, and bite registrations

Carve, grind, polish, and finish appliances for precise fit and aesthetics

Manage case intake and delivery to local dental offices within Winnipeg

Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

Participate in lab cleaning and maintenance rotations

Support general lab operations as required

What We're Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on dental lab experience (orthodontics preferred)

Experience with CAD/CAM systems and EXOCAD software

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Quick learner with a proactive mindset

Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Able to work independently and manage time efficiently

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Able to commute to or relocate near our Winnipeg lab

Additional Details
Education: Secondary school preferred
