Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timelines while maintaining quality.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred , training will be provided.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food handling practices is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
