I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Cowan Heights ideally. However in the west end would be great. I am looking to move in August.

A little about myself:

I'm 34 year old single mom to a 12 year old girl. She is very well behaved.

I'm clean. A good tenant. Pay my rent on time. Quiet. I don't party. I keep to myself most of the time. I am in receipt of income support. And NL housing covers my monthly rent.

I also need the place to be pet friendly. I have two beautiful well behaved animals. I have a 7 year old neutered male cat. I also have an almost 3 year old spayed female Norwegian elkhound austrailian cattledog. Both are housebroken. And neither are destructive.

My budget would be the max of $1100. If internet could be included. That would be great. But not an asset. I would also love to have access to a fenced in yard for my pup. But again not an asset. As she is leash trained. I'm hoping to be settled somewhere by May or June.
