Five-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped “HAXSTUN & CO. / FORT EDWARD N.Y.," circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a stylized cobalt foliate design. Has three chips - see pictures - and a small hairline crack on the rim. Otherwise excellent condition. Pickup is in Georgetown. This is a beautiful crock with a large design. This is a delightful 2 gallon crock, most likely from the late 1800's. It looks fantastic! Like many things still around for over 140 years, it has a few issues. It has one chip on the rim and three hairline cracks. Please see the pics. Please make an offer. Pickup is in Georgetown.
