Hello! I am a happy mature guy who has been searching the web looking for a private room in the Dundas/ Ainsley / West dale/ west Hamilton area.

My two main criteria are a south or North facing window and room for my very small and compact personal futon (shikibuton) mattress (see photo).

I prefer not to use other people's beds and this mattress works for me. So, a room with minimal furniture that allows for my futon would be good.

A short lease for summer would work best- had employment at Mcmaster and now employed in Westdale.

Ideal location would have a garage and access to a yard where I can quietly practice woodworking using handtools. A dry place for my press and projects would be great.

I am a Hippy in denial. Peaceful, friendly, well educated, open minded.
